1.  Characteristic

DTSY581 Three Phase Prepaid Static Meter is new intelligent product designed and manufactured by Henan Jinque Electric Co., Ltd. according to the technical requirements of GB/T17125-1998 Class 1 and 2 Static AC Active Energy Meter, IEC61036:2000 and GB/T18460.3-2001 Prepaid Energy Meter. It adopts the technology of advanced remote control card and SMT arts. This product has lots of excellences: steady and high accuracy, good confidential security, low power consumption, good stability and reliability, easy to install and operate.

1.1  Prepaid function:

These series products adopt pre-buying energy form. User must buy energy first and then use it. After the IC card with energy insert the meter, it shows the purchased energy of this time, alarming energy, max. load. Then the relay opens and starts to supply energy.

1.2  Alarming:

1.2.1        When open an account, preset an alarming energy (0-99) and choose the alarming modes(alarm by power off or alarm by audio). When the energy is consumed, the intelligent module will count degressively. When the residual energy in the meter amounts to the alarming energy, the buzzer will ring once if alarming mode is audio, and the meter will disconnect if alarming mode is power off to warn the user to buy energy in time. At this time, let the card communicate with the meter one time, then it can supply energy normally and it will alarm once when the energy reduces every one kilowatt-hour.

1.2.2        Phase-lack alarming: if the connected phase is two phase, the meters LED will indicate to alarm.

1.2.3        Overvoltage alarming: if the voltage is too high, the meter will alarm.

1.2.4        Overload alarming: if the power through meter exceeds the stipulated value of load, the meter will power off automatically and then start to power on automatically after five minutes.

1.3  Power off:

When the residual energy in the meter is zero, the meter will power off automatically. And the meter will start to power on after inputting available energy.

1.4  Inquire the purchased energy:

When input the card to the meter, it will show the latest purchased energy, accumulated consumed energy, residual energy.

1.5  Confidential security:

When other card(not match with the meter) insert the meter, it will display error or invalid operation. The CPU card has good confidential security and the password cant be broken down.

The meter has pulse output interface, which can realize centralized reading

1.       Application instruction:

3.1 Install the meter indoors. If the meter is installed outdoors, shall have measures of rainproof and sun-proof etc. It shouldnt be no installed in the corrosive atmosphere.

3.2 Connect the wire according to the wiring diagram. After installing, the prepaid meter is under power off status. The user should take the card to the specified spot to open an account and buy energy, then insert the valid energy in the card to the prepaid meter. After that, the meter starts to work.

3.3 Make the remote IC card with purchased energy point to the red receiving window, press the cards Send key, at this time, the meter will display this times purchased energy. After about one second, it displays accumulated energy, alarming energy and the load value in turn. Finally, the cards data has been read out by meter, and the meter will start to supply energy after hearing the voice of du. The IC card shall be kept well in order to purchase energy for next time.
